In a strategic move to expand our manufacturing capabilities, meet increased demand, and improve overall efficiency, Hallmarq has increased production space by 35% at head office site in Guildford, UK. Bringing all manufacturing in-house reflects the company\u2019s growth and commitment to delivering high-quality advanced imaging products to a global market.<\/p>\n\n

With this expansion, the company can respond more quickly to customer needs, while continuing to meet international demand.<\/p>\n\n

Global growth<\/h2>\n\n

From our original space occupying just two units in Guildford, 2023 saw a rapid increase in manufacturing space. An additional 3,800 sq. feet was acquired at our UK premises in June with the Chicago premises moving into a larger site offering 6,300 sq. feet later that same year. However, the growth isn\u2019t just about physical space, we’re also growing the manufacturing team to keep up with new contracts. With increased orders from the U.S. and other regions, the company has positioned itself as a key player in the small animal and equine advanced imaging markets. <\/p>\n\n

Manufacturing MIRA small animal 1.5T MRI<\/h2>\n\n

In addition to our Standing Equine MRI machines and Vision CT systems, the production of MIRA \u2013 the company\u2019s small animal 1.5T MRI machine \u2013 has now been bought in-house. The system, designed specifically for animal anatomy, features a built-in radio-frequency shield that removes the need for a specially adapted room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, the machine does not require helium,<\/strong> making it easier to ship, more affordable for the practice to own and maintain, and eliminating the need to source and purchase a finite resource.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
