Cecilia Gabriella Danciu

Cecilia is a Lecturer in Veterinary Neurology at the University of Liverpool. Since August 2024, she has been advancing education and research in neurological disorders affecting small animals. Dr. Danciu earned her DVM and PhD from the University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and completed her neurology and neurosurgery residency at the Royal Veterinary College, University of London. Her research focuses on cerebrospinal fluid analysis, stroke, vestibular disease, and imaging guided neurosurgical procedures in companion animals, with multiple peer-reviewed publications in high impact journals.
