Resilience. At Hallmarq, we join you in finding new ways to manage our business and connect with customers. We invite you to read our CEO, Jos Belgrave’s thoughts on being resilient for our customers and our employees as we adapt to these challenging times.
As the great Winston Churchill said, “If you’re going through hell, keep going.”
At Hallmarq, we plan to do just that following some of our core values of “caring”, “innovation”, and “make it happen” to continue supporting the veterinary industry despite the challenges presented by COVID-19.
Caring for animals doesn’t change, despite the pandemic. Our team continues to provide global support for many veterinary practices that remain open to treat their patients.
Every day, we make things happen as part of our unique and flexible lifecycle support program and we’ve made some temporary changes to better meet the needs of our customers;
- Remote monitoring and access: Our flagship service makes many on-site repairs unnecessary; we can often detect and fix a problem before the customer is aware it exists, preventing system downtime and the need for in-person service appointments.
- Personalised training: to protect you and our employees, our programs have been moved to an online format so that can continue wherever possible and we can provide more personalized programs during this time.
- Business innovation; with shared risk offerings, we are in this together. In some cases, we were still able to offer temporary relief from normal contractual obligations.
Resiliency comes from deep inside the human spirit and is supported with the help of others. Staying connected is one of the toughest challenges of this crisis – so we’ve ramped up our communications with our customers in formal and informal means using email, survey tools and video conferencing. We are doing the same with our employees, so they are informed and available to serve as needed.
We’ve been here for almost 20 years – and as an agile company uniquely focused on advanced veterinary imaging, we are here for our customers in times of crisis – to help them be resilient – and always when we get back to our new normal. If you are not yet part of the Hallmarq customer family, consider us as you invest in the future of your business. We will be here.
