We know the value of educating the horse owner. We know that exhibiting at Equitana, Germany’s biggest equine event, provides the perfect opportunity to talk lameness diagnosis with people that matter. What we don’t know is how to speak German!
Cue our wonderful German site operators in the form of Christin, Michaela and Lana from Burg Müggenhausen Pferdeklinik, Kallan from Tierklinik Telgte, Gesche Höncher and Gesche Nohl from Pferdeklinik Bargteheide and Agnes from Tierklinik Lüsche, without whom we could never have spoken to the hordes of horse owners who stopped by our stand to talk MRI.
Held in Essen, Germany, Equitana runs for ten consecutive days and is the world’s largest trade fair for equestrian sports. With a packed programme of educational seminars, live training, conferences, trade stands, and shows going on into the evenings, it is a non-stop equine extravaganza. Our “stand-in team” never lost their energy or enthusiasm and worked their collective socks off as Hallmarq Ambassadors. Their extensive hands-on knowledge was generously shared with horse owners and vets alike, saving us many hours of waiting patiently for Google Translate to work its magic.
Kirsti, Jen and Loren, from Hallmarq’s Sales and Marketing and Operations Teams saw the event as a shining example of the collaboration between us and our hugely talented site operators. In particular, a special mention must go to Christin from Burg Müggenhausen for helping to set up the booth on day one and who showed no signs of flagging right through to clearing up at the end.
A huge thank you from the team at Hallmarq.
